Keep an arrival folder offline
Save your accommodation confirmation, its Korean address, check-in instructions and a way to contact the property. A screenshot is useful when a booking app needs a connection. Include the exact branch name: a familiar hotel name alone may not identify the right building.
Plan the last part of the journey
Work backwards from your accommodation. Compare the official airport transport information with your arrival terminal and expected arrival time. Allow time for immigration, bags and finding your stop. A flight landing before the last departure does not guarantee that you can catch it. Keep an alternative route and its approximate budget in your notes.
Make connectivity a deliberate choice
If you plan to use an eSIM, check your phone model, carrier lock and the provider’s activation instructions before buying. Save those instructions offline. If collecting a physical SIM or portable Wi-Fi device, check the collection location and opening hours for your actual terminal. Product names alone do not tell you what is included.
Leave room in the first evening
Choose one modest objective: reach your accommodation, eat something and get comfortable. Avoid making a timed shopping event the success condition for arrival day. Our checklist turns these preparations into a short list you can keep on your device.
