Find the original announcement
Use a brand or organiser’s current notice to confirm the exact dates, address, admission rules and booking method. A repost can remain searchable after the event ends. Save the announcement with the year visible, and distinguish a permanent flagship store from a temporary event nearby.
Check entry and purchase separately
A reservation may secure entry without guaranteeing a specific product. Look for purchase limits, collection instructions and whether a named person must attend. If a booking page is unclear, do not infer availability from an old social post or a queue photo.
Give the stop a time budget
Decide how long you are willing to queue and what else you can do nearby. Avoid scheduling a pop-up immediately before an airport transfer or another fixed booking. Temporary stores can change admission arrangements; check again close to your visit.
Buy for the item, not just the moment
